Market Intelligence Access Structure
Institutional access to comparative market research and supporting data.
The Economy provides Market Intelligence access for institutions, advisers, investors, researchers and other market participants requiring analysis beyond the summary findings published on The Economy Markets.
Each Market Intelligence study examines a defined market, research universe and observation period. The public article presents selected findings only. The complete report provides the wider analysis, methodology, charts and firm-level comparative tables. Data Access is available for institutions requiring the structured dataset supporting the report.
Purchase of Market Intelligence is independent of The Economy's editorial work and all Ranking News evaluations. It does NOT affect ranking inclusion, ranking position, future eligibility, editorial coverage or the conclusions of the research.

Market Intelligence
Market Intelligence is designed for readers who require the complete analytical product rather than the selected findings available in the public summary article. The report provides the full competitive argument, covered research universe, methodology, exhibits and firm-level comparative dashboard.
The report is supplied as a finished research publication and is suitable for internal strategy, competitive review, market planning, leadership discussion and professional reference. Access does not include the underlying spreadsheet, observation-level research records or customized interpretation for the purchasing institution.
The report may be circulated internally within the purchasing institution for legitimate professional use. It may NOT be posted publicly, forwarded outside the purchasing institution, reproduced substantially, resold or used to create a competing commercial dataset or publication without prior written authorization from The Economy.
Market Intelligence with Data Access
Market Intelligence with Data Access is intended for institutions that need to inspect, filter and reuse the structured evidence supporting the published analysis. It combines the complete PDF report with the corresponding Excel dataset for the defined study.
Depending on the subject of the study, the dataset may contain firm-level classifications, ranking memberships, controlled search observations, generative-system observations, topic associations, identity comparisons, executive-authority indicators, comparative peer fields, evidence coverage and report-ready tables. The accompanying data dictionary identifies the meaning, source status and applicable limitations of each field.
Data Access supports internal benchmarking, competitor comparison, management review and further analysis conducted by the purchasing institution. It does not constitute a transfer of ownership in The Economy's research, methodology or dataset.

Research Scope and Versioning
Each Market Intelligence product applies to the market, research universe, methodology and observation period specified in the report. Findings represent the evidence observable under those conditions and should not be interpreted as a permanent assessment of any institution.
Where a factual correction materially affects a published field or conclusion, The Economy may issue an amended report or dataset. Access to later research cycles, newly collected observations or separately commissioned studies is not included unless expressly stated.
Technical access restrictions, missing observations and insufficient evidence are distinguished from measured underperformance wherever the methodology permits. The report and dataset should be read together with their stated coverage, confidence fields and methodological limitations.
Data Use Boundaries
The underlying data may be used within the purchasing institution for legitimate internal analytical purposes. It may NOT be published, redistributed, sublicensed, resold, supplied to external data platforms or incorporated into a commercial product without prior written authorization from The Economy.
Data Access does not include research outside the published universe or observation period, continuous data updates, a bespoke firm review, consulting, or a management presentation unless separately agreed in writing.

Editorial and Ranking Independence
Market Intelligence is produced as an independent research product. Purchasing or declining access does NOT affect inclusion in or exclusion from a Ranking News list, published ranking position or tier, eligibility for future evaluation, The Economy's editorial decisions, the conclusions of the study, or the treatment of factual correction requests.
Market Intelligence access does NOT grant ranking placement, category modification, editorial endorsement, guaranteed future inclusion, guaranteed editorial coverage or influence over any subsequent research or evaluation.
Access and Commercial Terms
Access applies to the purchasing institution and the specific Market Intelligence study identified in the order or invoice. Applicable taxes, payment terms, delivery arrangements and any authorized use beyond the standard internal scope will be confirmed separately.
