Chris Simmance runs the OMG Center, an advisory practice working with professional services firms on repositioning, and built Orca, an AI assistant platform now in use with paying clients. He spent fifteen years in digital marketing, including building and selling an agency. His book The Next Rung: Why AI is Breaking the Career Ladder, and How to Build a New One is published by Practical Inspiration Publishing in January 2027. He is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Entrepreneurs and a Freeman of the City of London.
